CrateSwap is a Southern Official service for organizing vinyl collections, discovering records, and arranging exchanges with other collectors. Use an account you control, keep your credentials private, and provide accurate listing and transaction information.

Only list records you have the right to offer. Describe the pressing, condition, price and any defects accurately. Review the other collector’s offer and agree on fulfillment before accepting. Do not represent an offer or a status update as proof that money has been paid.

The current app records offers and fulfillment arrangements; it does not provide an in-app payment processor, escrow, shipping-label purchase or a delivery guarantee. Collectors must resolve payment and fulfillment details with each other. Do not send payment credentials through trade messages.

Follow the Community Guidelines. CrateSwap provides reporting and blocking controls, and administrators can review reports, remove listings and restrict accounts. Report concerns through the app or contact support@southernofficial.com.

Submit only content you are entitled to share. Your profile, listings and messages are used to provide the corresponding app features. Read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information. Do not post another person’s private information without permission.

You can initiate account deletion in the app or request it through the public account-deletion page. Ownership must be verified. Active marketplace obligations must be resolved; shared history may be retained with privacy sanitization as described in the Privacy Policy.
