Delete your CrateSwap account

This page lets CrateSwap users request account and associated data deletion without reinstalling or opening the app.
What happens to your data
After ownership is verified, CrateSwap deletes private profile data, private collection data, notifications and account-owned uploaded files covered by the deletion process.
Completed or shared marketplace history may be retained in a privacy-sanitized form where needed to preserve transaction integrity. Personal logistics information is removed from retained fulfillment history.
Active trades or accepted purchases with unfinished fulfillment must be completed or otherwise resolved before account deletion can finish.
Request deletion
Enter the email address associated with your CrateSwap account. Submitting this form does not immediately delete an account. CrateSwap must verify account ownership before the trusted deletion process can run.
